Jennifer Lopez Earns N727 Million For 20 Minutes Performance Doha’s preferred mall celebrated its grand opening with a star appearance with global superstar, Jennifer Lopez, with a VIP Gala dinner at Mondrian Doha for the region’s first Retailer Excellence Awards. In her first ever appearance in Qatar, Jennifer Lopez performed hits songs including “Let’s get loud’, on the floor, Jenny from the block, and waiting for tonight” and wowed 650 VIP guests at the Gala Dinner. According to TMZ, J Lo performed in Qatar last week for a 20-minute set and a question-and-answer session for N727,000,000 ($2 million), plus another million for expenses which included private jets. J Lo is supposed to perform at the Qatar Airways party at Los Angeles, where she will have another twenty minutes set and earn N434,782,152 ($1.2 million). This is definitely a good year for J.Lo. Suspected Yahoo-Boy Remanded In Prison In Lagos. The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Lagos Zonal Office, has arraigned one Olugbeje Nelson Adeoye before Justice Muslim Hassan of the Federal High Court sitting in Ikoyi, Lagos on a 12-count charge bordering on possession of documents containing false information, impersonation and phishing. The offence is contrary to Section 32(1) of the Cybercrime (Prohibition Prevention) Act 2005. One of the counts reads: “That you, Olugbeje Nelson Adeoye, on or about the 25th of May, 2018 at Lagos within the jurisdiction of the Federal High Court with intent to defraud had in your possession document showing several e-mail addresses linked to your mobile phone number +234 08168480479 and which e-mail addresses evidenced your having phished and compromised unsuspecting members of the public e-mail addresses and thereby committed an offence contrary to and punishable under Section 32(1) of the Cybercrime (Prohibition Prevention) Act,

Despite Ban By NBC, Falz’s ‘This Is Nigeria’ Crosses 15 Million Views On YouTube The video for ‘This Is Nigeria’, the controversial song by Folarin Falana, better known as ‘Falz The Bad Guy’, has crossed 15million YouTube views within six months of release. This is despite the ban by the Nigeria Broadcasting Commission (NBC) just three months into his release. NBC announced the ban of the song in August, a letter by Igomu Onoja, one of its zonal directors, branding a part of the song “vulgar” and declaring the entire work “unfit for radio”. But it appears the ban has done very little to halt the popularity of the song among the people, as it had exactly 15,141,548 views as of the time of filing in this report on Thursday evening.
